MField MEA Physical Security Policy (PSP)

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Physical Security Policy is to establish guidelines and procedures to safeguard MField MEA's physical assets, including facilities, equipment, and personnel, against unauthorized access, theft, damage, or disruption.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, visitors, and third parties accessing MField MEA premises or utilizing its facilities.

3. Security Control Mechanisms

  • Access Controlled doors are installed to restrict unauthorized entry into sensitive areas.
  • CCTV cameras are installed at every strategic point within our facilities to monitor and record activities.
  • Access Card entry system is implemented to control and track access to different areas based on roles and permissions.

4. Responsibilities

  • Management: Responsible for overseeing the implementation and adherence to physical security measures.
  • Employees: Responsible for following security protocols, reporting any security incidents or vulnerabilities, and protecting access credentials.

5. Access Control

Access to MField MEA facilities is granted based on job function and operational requirements. Access privileges are reviewed periodically and adjusted as necessary.

6. Visitor Management

Visitors must register upon arrival, display identification badges while on-site, and be accompanied by authorized personnel at all times.

7. Security Awareness and Training

Regular training and awareness programs are conducted to educate employees on physical security practices, emergency procedures, and the importance of maintaining a secure environment.

8. Incident Response

Procedures are established to respond promptly to security incidents, including reporting, investigation, and mitigation measures.

9. Compliance

This Physical Security Policy complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing physical security practices.

10. Policy Review

This Physical Security Policy is reviewed annually or as needed to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to changing security threats and organizational requirements.
