We implement a strict two-tier Quality Control (QC) architecture. First, 100% of completed sample records undergo automated checks (quota compliance, duration thresholds, geo-polygon validation, and logic consistency). Second, our independent QC team conducts a minimum 30% direct back-check on all respondents via telephone re-contact, in-person supervisory re-visits, and silent audio verification. Any suspicious or non-conforming interviews are permanently eliminated and re-fielded immediately.
Yes. MField strictly adheres to the international ICC/ESOMAR Code on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics. Furthermore, all local operations, respondent recruitment, and respondent consent protocols strictly comply with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data overseen by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel), as well as GDPR principles for European clients.
